Nothing that I have noticed needs to be improved. Every thing this suite offers has been user friendly and self explanitory; no need to have a degree inorder to operate within the suite.

This system is easy to use and manage for our staff but also easy and more accessible for our guest as opposed to scans and faxes etc.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is nice to have separate users so we know who was dealing with the client however it would be nice if notification emails could go to a general emails for those coming after shift changes etc.

Nothing as of yet. I find it really user friendly and easy to navigate. I use this only to send authorizations to clients. I do not have actual access to process etc.
