The ease of use for both the guest and the hotel. Very fast very efficient operations and obvious impact on revenue. Also its a great feature that we dont have to use any separate app or install any hardware makes life easier.

It's very comprehensive and very, very easy to use. Also, I love the fact that it saves the guests time as well as the hotel staff.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment I can't really think of anything on which you can improve. By me working alone at night, I find it really convenient to be able to simply give a guest their key without any delay.
