Explore the many functionalities of the platform; There are details within each product that are exceptionally helpful though sometimes under-hyped. Think keyboard shortcuts, schedule send (SMS), saved filters by department, custom confirmation letters, and tags in Local.

What do you like most?

I love the fact that this system is so user friendly. I was so reluctant learning a new system, but you guys have made it so easy. Julius is "amazing".

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

-I would like to see more webinars to and refresher courses on the Alice platform. -Webinars on new features when they are implemented

It is very convenient to keep record of all the guest queries and reservations which makes it handy to use.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Not much to improve as its already good but just if we can have the cancelled reservations removed so that it reduces the load.

What do you like most?

I love the functionality and multi purpose aspects of the product. I am so very happy that my company chose this software.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

We have some employees like housekeeping that use the mobile versions of the app. If I place a ticket it mainly doesn’t update for them and that is a major disadvantage.
