Explore the many functionalities of the platform; There are details within each product that are exceptionally helpful though sometimes under-hyped. Think keyboard shortcuts, schedule send (SMS), saved filters by department, custom confirmation letters, and tags in Local.

Easy access and reviewing capabilities for tickets with a simple admin interface. End users agree that workflow has been improved with the use of Alice.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Not very much. The system in place is easy to follow and the admin side of things is very simple.

What do you like most?

The ALICE app is intuitive and convenient. It makes communication within my team much easier. Tasks get done more efficiently due to how user-friendly and simple the design is.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

There's nothing within the ALICE app that I've personally had any issue with. One thing that I suppose could be easier and more visible is internal notes on each item.
