Dailypoint offers widely available features to manage, create and send e-mail campaigns. Sometimes we just want to send a campaign and the other time this has to be an automation funnel. Everything is possible and with their 3rd party integration is just doesn't stop there. Features are literally endless.

We use Dailypoint to automatically send our pre & poststay emails to our guests, this works great and also offers many advantages for the guests. Our colleagues at reception also like the further communication with our guests via DP. Being able to finally filter our guest data according to different interests has become indispensable.

The fast and very professional support. The possibilities and there is never a "no - its not possible" its always - lets check and do it. Many things can be programmed or try to be programmed by the DP IT team.

Did you know you can create a fully flexible page by your own? We have preferred web agencies we work with who can help. Just check for instance H-Rewards from Deutsche Hospitality created by Workmartrix. The backend is dailypoint the front-end totally indivual created. In addition Incert offers as well a loyalty front-end using dailypoint back-end. You can also use for instance Neorcha as a hotel app which offers an out-of-the-box dailypoint loyalty integration. I like the fact that we can send confirmations and cancelations using our Property Management system (Protel). The tool is helpful and gives out hotel a more professional image towards our customers. The fact that you can upload pictures, change colours, and that import the information from another system is quite amazing!
