Answer:

If you are shopping for new technology, regardless of what it is, check out Hapi Cloud. There is a very good chance they can help you save a lot of money on integrations by connecting you to these services.

What do you like most?

In help us to consolidate all the guest profile from our on premise property management system in order to give us a single guest view for all of our hotels worldwide.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

More connectors to other systems, such as table management system, guest support ticketing system (HotSoS) and spa system. Hopefully, those are in their development pipeline.
