Hapi, as a cloud based data platform, gives my technology the ability to access real-time hospitality data. Where Hapi Connect for Salesforce takes this a step further, is I now have my data exposed in the world’s #1 CRM and email marketing platform.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?
If you have not looked at Salesforce for your hotel group, now is the time to do so. Many hoteliers that I have spoken to have previously believed a Salesforce deployment would be too expensive when compared to other hospitality-specific CRMs. With HAPI, that is no longer true. Hapi has the integrations built for real-time connectivity, they have productized the Hapi Connect for Salesforce app, and their team has the experience and knowledge to get projects done fast and well.
