What do you like most?

User friendly; exceptional training. Outstanding user experience. Finally, a PMS built to optimize hotel operations. Is on par with leading PMS systems available to big brands like Hilton and Marriott.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

For users (guests) to be able to edit and cancel reservations online (self-service) would be a nice enhancement. I'm sure this is in the works.

The look and feel of the system gives a great overview, MEWS is always progressive and they have many connections with other companies.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I would be great to have sooner directer contact with the support team of MEWS. And that the segment (reason of the stay) will be copy past when guests are extending.
