What do you like most?
User friendly; exceptional training. Outstanding user experience. Finally, a PMS built to optimize hotel operations. Is on par with leading PMS systems available to big brands like Hilton and Marriott.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For users (guests) to be able to edit and cancel reservations online (self-service) would be a nice enhancement. I'm sure this is in the works.
