What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Excellent Deeplinking and good integration capabilities. Wide breadth of connectivities make it easy to connect to nearly any PSM. This is a great benefit for us since it means we only have to implement on interface and do not have to develop to each PMS.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

There is one simple way to evaluate a channel manager. Simply check that they support the channels and the PMS integration you need. Note: that some partners (especially tour operators) do not integrate and will simply send an email.

What do you like most?

The responsiveness, the agility of the process and the integration with the system, their reaction to save the changes is very agile and timely.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

A little more templates and buttons in the design. hopefully to make pages with differentiation and thus establish more business personality. if ever you can do media campaigns integrating the website.

Easy to control and interface when we control alloments to every Chanel that concern. Easy to use and understand of extranet more than another Chanel.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Site minder should behave function of add more information about hotel or property such as Hotel information, hotel picture that can interface to every channel that concern.

user friendly and easy to understand easy to contact with , through the live chat compatible with most of the b2b/ b2c partners

waiting time when when we contact by phone should be shorter . not all the agents on the live chat have the same technical skills and knowledge of the system
