It auto translates any messages between staff. It also helps put priority on tasks on the homescreen and it updates them automatically.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It would be easier to be able to delete profiles. It would also help to be able to be able to nickname tasks.

What do you like most?

The Alice Maintenance software is amazing. I am able to project work loads weeks in advance by looking at the maintenance tickets for individual days.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

A quick way of modifying maintenance tickets to change the timing of the tickets. A way to look at tickets that are past due only.
