Aavgo was implemented at our hotel and has been very successful. Staff and guests have taken a liking to this amenity which complements the hotel. This is exactly what people want to see when visiting Silicon Valley. It allows for open communication among staff and guests. In the era of emails and text messages, guests no longer have to pick up the phone for requests. A few clicks or a quick message immediately sends their requests to the department of choice (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance). Streaming features such as Netflix and Amazon Prime are additional perks.

What I like most is that it is a great service of communication that will provide them with faster service. I like that we can easily track when rooms are being serviced. All in all it is definitely a great tool to have.

So far, there is nothing to dislike. Any feedback or glitches we had-those were taken care of right away. Tell me a soul who does not like a Tablet :-)

It would be great if it had more integration with our PM system. Also the tablets seem a little on the fragile side so just a little concerned on how long they will last.
