There were a lot of buttons to learn. Not only that, but there are a lot of sub-buttons too. It is easy enough once you learn it, but it is tedious to learn.

This product is extremely outdated and is not properly updated with the newest versions. The lack of bug fixes is ridiculous and often lead to development which takes months to have resolved. Their service is the worst service I have experienced and they do not care about their customers. We have been clients for over 20 years and they do not give us the time of day. This year they sold us a new piece of software and even sent their tech person in to train us only to find out it doesn't even integrate with our PMS. Overall extremely dissatisfied with the product and would never recommend it to another hotel.
