Pros

Alice (Concierge) is user-friendly with keen aesthetics. I love the fact that we have the ability to customize any and all of our tickets to mold to the needs of our property and desk. I also quite enjoy the easy text messaging capabilities. Response time of the support team is typically prompt and their assistance is greatly appreciated. I am a fan of the reporting tools and often use them to support the metrics required of me to run my department and assess the use of products such as amenities. I hope that this information is beneficial in maintaining and improving what I feel is an excellent product.


Cons

Whereas the Admin abilities make ticket creation very simple, I wish we had the capability to change the work forces without having to contact tech support. It would be great if the "Logbook" for packages had the option to search by day, rather than just a list of "open" tickets. Although not a huge deal for us, the upcoming integration with Open Table will be a welcomed initiative. I can only hope that the "Quick Keys" capability on the brink of being introduced will be more useful than that of when it was available on Go Concierge.
