Would be nice if they were Google Chrome compatible, there are duplicates which occur in vendors, it would be nice if there were a flag to indicate that the vendor already exists.

We need to add a section to the SMS app where if we don't have a cell phone for the guest, it goes to their primary communication method such as Email... I wouldn't change anything, it currently does everything and more than all the previous systems have done in the past.

I truly cannot think of a single thing I would change. Honestly! At least for our property size (200 keys, Upper Luxury), ALICE already provides everything we need. The only thing we don't seem to like about ALICE is that we didn't discover it sooner! It has been a true game-changer for our Housekeeping, Engineering, Room Service, Front Desk and Concierge Departments - just to name a few of the Departments which have benefited the most since its implementation.
