What I like last about Aliceapp is the sometimes glitchy or delayed integration of the new guest names. Feature Request: I would add a larger alert icon to the mobile portion of the website and even go as far as to add an email alert so that we do not miss any opportunities to assist a guest.

The system takes some time to set up. You will need to dedicate some time to customize the system to your specific property. Team members that are used to the manual way of doing things will have a hard time adopting to the system. Breaking old(bad) habits can be hard. Mandating ALICE from the get go is the only way to be successful.
