Alice has been an incredible resource for effective communication in our hotel. We use the guest messaging feature to alert early arrival guests when their room is ready, and the broadcast feature to send arriving guests info about the special events being hosted in the hotel. Our engineering and housekeeping teams use the PM feature to quickly and effectively track deep cleaning and PM services, allowing us to stay on schedule and not duplicate work. The staff app has immensely improved communication and follow up for front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping.

When a guest sends a text message it continues to keep sending the alerts until accepted. When they send at 2am the alerts can number in the hundreds until acknowledged. Is there someway around this?
