For the first 9 months of using we found many errors with the software and design flaws which could not be permanently fixed. These issues were not dealt with quickly and we felt the software should have been further developed than it was. The number of issues were a problem as due to time differences we could not always get in touch to rectify. The varying pricing system is inconvenient when budgeting.

My only issue is the background on our pre-stay email is not what I would like it to be. We have a gradient over it and I was told that it was not feasible to change it.
