- The features I find most helpful are the Action Index, total percentage occupancy OTB, and Market Rate vs Quoted Rate. - Rate Recommendations per room category are also helpful. Ensure the property's systems are configured exactly the way they need to be prior to setup, including all market segments, room categories, and every operating system. We had so many issues between SMS & TravelClick synching into Rainmaker properly (I was not here during initial setup). Our sales/CS team has been wonderful in assisting.
