-There needs to be more cross trained personnel with knowledge of both the PMS and RMS system and how they interact. Can be difficult to get certain things modified or changed since both Agilysys and Rainmaker are not as familiar with the other's product if an issue arises. -Event/Citywide flags could be more intuitive -Reporting/extracts can use some enhancements. Default reports are very basic and certain fields cannot be extracted properly.
