Seems to be quite a few steps to navigate through the Incident closure process, but that may just be part of us growing within the system. Nothing to complain about.

- locks tickets - Resets a ticket's priority time when you click on edit. - Printing format for work orders needs improvement. It doesn't show complete descriptions, and there's no option to combine multiple work orders - for the same area - onto one page. However, thanks to Ms Patricia's quick responses, we're able to rectify, fixable, problems right away. We look forward to updating to a newer version.
