"At first, I️ was completely lost with the application. But I️ found that it was a matter of getting in the drivers seat and driving. I️ couldn’t just learn by watching other people use it, I️ actually had to use it myself and figure out things on my own. Applying all of the different parts of it together, I️ found it is really helpful and convenient when checking in guests"

Pros

It is really easy to learn, understand and use on a day to day basis. It is also up to speed and it doesn’t confuse you, it’s just a matter of learning all of the terms and knowing where everything is located. It is a great provider and I️ recommend it.


Cons

The software could be a little more up to date. And when people first start using it, it would be nice to have an automatic tutorial given the software's complexity. Also making everything more organized in the same compartment and categories could help as well. Other than that I️ find this tool to be very useful and helpful when assisting guests.
