"Overall the best hospitality program but not without its issues."

"Overall the best hospitality program but not without its issues."

Pros

The interface works really well and was fast to learn. Reports are easy to find and print while reservations are easy to change and adjust as needed.


Cons

The connection to the cloud and the systems habit of just freezing and crashing is highly annoying, especially for a night audit. I need the system to be more stable and reliable when it comes to saving and running reports. The system also has issues with running into bugs quite often. Bugs such as failing to print a report due to complications with adobe reader, failure to file reports during roll over, failure to preview a report, and so on. These are very annoying when this is the max crux of your job.
