I like that the software gives you different options to look at the data to cater for each person's understanding. My favourite is the Index as it very clearly shows if your prices are too low when compared to your competitors average pricing or if you are making additional money. This is a great tool to be used in combination with Yield Management. The Rate Grid is also a really useful tool, especially if you want to compare pricing on a hotel by hotel basis rather than looking at the average and it let's you see what changes have been made in the pricing as well as colour coding to make it easy to see if you are more expensive or less expensive than your competitors.

I use Revcaster for all of my hotel clients. I find Revcaster to be very user-friendly in updating the comp set and I especially like the Excel tool, which is ARI active, which allows for multiple channel and multiple rate category selections. I send the Excel tool to my clients and that makes it very easy for them to see current comp set rates without having to go thru the trouble of logging into a portal. I can download the comp set rates easily in Excel and drop into my pace report. Lastly, I find Revcaster support to be top quality. They are friendly, easy to work with and very fast and efficient.
