Compared to our last PMS (FrontDesk Anywhere), RMS has been a godsend. As with any conversion there have been some hiccups along the way but overall RMS is a great platform. Although it's hosted the application zips along and our front desk staff is already very excited to have it in place prior to our busy season. I'd say the ease of doing group reservations and being able to manipulate existing reservations right from the booking chart are my favorite features.
