"Not difficult to work in but not intuitive and does not speak with other systems"

Pros

If used correctly it links sales CRM data between company hotels globally. However, since it is not linked to on property sales system data must be entered separately, requiring double work. On property system is primary so getting consistent load into Nexus becomes a challenge.


Cons

For Nexus, linking to the in hotel POS would be very helpful. This would allow more efficient use of Sales peoples time, more time to sell versus entry and a more robust and usable platform.
