We have used WebRezPro at two mid-sized boutique hotels (70 rooms and 62 rooms) for over a decade. WebRezPro has been extremely reliable in that time. It is versatile and can be adapted to any needs. It can scale as your property grows, and integrates with practically every major hospitality technology platform out there (from OTAs to CRS platforms to CRM solutions, phone systems, lock systems, etc). It is also very cost-effective and their customer support team is the best we have seen in the hospitality tech industry (and we have tried over a dozen different hospitality technology platforms for various needs over the years).

The greatest strength of WebRezPro, which I would say is their interfaces, is also somewhat their greatest weakness. Although WebRezPro supports a ton of interfaces, they don't always support all the advanced features or have a way to fully integrate all of the functionalities provided by the third party provider into WebRezPro. For example, I use TravelClick for CRS, GDS, Rate Shopping, and Booking Engine functionality. The connection between the two pieces of software is a basic one (not advanced where all data is shared in a two-way connection) and there is no way to have the added functionality of something like showing room add-ons (like a flower purchase) simplistically in daily reports without logging in to iHotelier separately​. So just because an interface exists, it doesn't necessarily mean that you'll be able to access all of the features from WebRezPro. On the whole, it's a small downside considering how reasonably priced the interfaces are, but if given the option, I would pay more money up front to have a more advanced integration of their interfaces into WebRezPro.

1) Difficult to learn. If you want it to be an outstanding sales tool, expect to put 2 weeks solid into configuring it. No pain, no gain. 2) Highly responsive support but they don't keep their documentation up with all the changes. 3) Reminder system is primitive. 4) Online waitlist system does not take minimum night stays into account so it generates false leads the rooms have opened up. 5) If you don't want the calendar to display your rates, then you can't use the calendar. The standard booking widget where you ask the guest's arrival and departure date works well. 6) Numerous ways to come up with rates, but hard to manage if you've got bunch (15 or more . . . ) 7) Stange lack of focus on the booking date. Few of the common reports have it as a column. 8) Mobile interface for the OWNER is awful! I only use it on my laptop. 9) Customer records only loosely connected with folios. Keeping tabs of repeat guests takes focus and there's no way (when I bought it) to import your history from the previous system.
