group functionality. Giving out booking links is risky b/c the interface between SHR and Infor is unreliable to give correct inventory. I'd do soooo much more groups through SHR if it were more reliable. You are leaving money on the table.

CRS - Colors are hard to see. - the sort options - would like to see more choice on sort for the reservations agents. Rooms, rates, the verbiage is hard to read, would like it to be bigger if the agents choose that option. There is a lot that is thrown out there, and would like the ability to push a '+" to get more information about rate code, room types, etc. Booking Engine - would like capability to have better, bigger pictures. Would like the ability to sort the Booking engine rates differently from the CRS rates. Typically this is a different selling strategy since more rates are typically available through call in.
