Having worked with Flexkeeping for some time now, I can say that this solution works with the PMS seamlessly to reduce the hotelier's daily operational burden and ultimately increase both guest and staff satisfaction in a big way.

A module that would be able to be used for"Mystery guest" quality control tool. For hotels would mean fewer costs to hire outsourcing for this area of operations that is crucial for good service.
