Nothing as we especially like the visual appeal and easy customization. With so much uncertainty in the current travel market, being able to update content quickly and easily is a huge bonus.

What do you like most?

We introduce guests to the tool on check-in and they then scan a QR code to access the platform. It’s that easy and there’s no requirement to download an app, which has resulted in a fantastic uptake....

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I don’t have negatives to share. Overall the system is user-friendly, easy to set-up and maintain, and has given us a lot of flexibility during a difficult time. Our guests love it, and so do we.

This is the right tool at the right time - the benefits outweigh the disadvantages by far. It would be great to include other ways for notifictions as well.
