J'utilise SiteMinder et je trouve que leurs produits, comme le Channel Manager et le Booking Engine, sont très fiables. Après avoir essayé plusieurs autres systèmes, je peux affirmer en toute confiance qu'il s'agit de la meilleure option disponible.
Qu’est-ce qui vous déplaît ou qui pourrait être amélioré ?
J'utilise SiteMinder, c'est difficile de comprendre avec un détail de réservation ce n'est pas utile à notre équipe (prix, type de chambre, toute remarque)
