The best cloud based PMS that saves time. Clear for guest and employees. Many integrations that are state of the art (google integrations, channel manager etc).

What do you like most?

The feature bundle of Mews was crucial for our decision to work with them. The friendly team and the good support is the reason why we keep working with them. And besides... the Marketplace is very nice.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Because of the overall difficult time, it is hard to keep up with the support capacity from before the crisis. Hopefully this will be sorted out once the industry branch recovers.
