TrustYou Reputation Management Tool allowed our hotels to monitor their e-reputation on a daily basis with less efforts, the "easy-to-read" dashboards enable our network to focus on our guests pain points...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The reporting flexibility to explore custom touchpoints and keywords. The tool speed and performance on complex portfolios . (+100 hotels..) The Survey builder has limited display rules and parameters.

1. ease of communication 2. a record of conversations 3. a way for guests to communicate if they are lost or late

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

some way for computer to alert the FD that there is a message some guests do not want to divulge emails, it is therefore hard to look up a guest who does not have an email in the system

Trustyou is a simple way of bundling and analyzing guest reviews; social media channels are also integrated. Guests are automatically asked for ratings as often as we want.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

1. I have been waiting a long time for an order to be placed with trustyou. 2. Unfortunately, a lot of information, webinars, etc. are only available in English.
