We are in the digital age, and today an incredible amount of services exist and are available to hoteliers. Bowo offers the advantage of bringing all these services together on a single well-designed platform. Bowos' solution boosts hotels' income by increasing conversion.

What do you like most?

The team is able to deliver a custom made product in record time. Easy interface to update content and our guests love it

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

They were eventually able to deliver on all of the improvements that we requested (interface set up, special configuration of menus and links to different services) so nothing really.

What do you like most?

This product is really a plus for the customers. Several people told us about it. The Bowo team are also very helpful. I dealt with Marine who served me extremely well :-)

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Frankly, I don't see it that way. Everything is perfect. Except maybe I have to put 20 words minimum in this section.

Nice app but you have to have the budget to take it with the tablets on the room. We didn't realize any benefits for the moment and the guest don't use it a lot. You have to be creative with the QR ...

You can maybe provide different idea of support for the QR code. A simple QR code under plastic is not enough to make customers wants to use it

Bowo is developing everyday, I do not see anything special to be improved right now. Usually if there is something that doesn't work well, it comes from another tool to which Bowo is connected :)
