There is a learning curve for guests but we have instruction cards to help with that. Alexa is learning more and more so the more it is used the better it becomes.

-The Volara team was so easy to work with. - Our guests love that our hotel has an Alexa in each room. It saves time for the staff since all guest requests are routed straight to our dispatch system.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

There isn't much to be improved on. the only complaint we have from guests is that they say "they don't like that she is always listening" that is something more for Amazon but maybe put in collateral tha...
