- The Freedom it gives to the guest and management - Agilityof process and moving around the hostel - Technology feeling for the guests

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

There is nothing I have observed so far that can be improved. I have heard that sometimes codes get disables when coverage is low.

The features of the platform and the streamlined use for both the back office and the guests. The modernity in the design.

The reactivity of the locks and to make it more stable on the internal motor prospective as it happens to have the lock not reacting properly

I like the arrival flexibility when I travel, so I consider this a key for a good staying experience, this is possible with the keyless entry, my experience with Goki was in Colo Colo hostel (San Sebastia...

Everything is pretty good now. For guest convenience could be interesting explore the web app to avoid set up app process, memory phone issues... etc

What do you like most?

The fact that it provides a next gen service to the guest, not only allows guests to open doors but actually to comunicate between them and provides us with a tool to speak directly with our guests.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The group related operation can be improved a bit, it would be very important to be able to gernerate a 4 digit code from the computer for example.
