Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

A very good flexible Solution with a lot of and add-ons and customized options if you are looking at vendors that can provide Kiosk Check-in/Check-Out features. They also provide mobile apps that have options for Mobile Check-in/Check-Out with option to handle mobile keys and ID verifications.

Great company: George in sales was helpful throughout the entire process and even came on-site to ensure everything was working properly. Mobile key works well as well as the messaging.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Implementation time - but this is influenced by other vendors as well not just Intelity so not really a true complaint.
