As a standard practice hoteliers should set clear ROI goals for what they hope to achieve when it comes to direct bookings, such as percentage share of bookings shifted to direct, increases in conversion rate, etc. so there are no questions or confusion during purchasing.

Pegasus' team is always eager to help and quick to resolve issues, though there are rarely many. Interface is easy to use and understand. Reports are customizable and and detailed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There aren't too many things I can think of - Pegasus has done what we need and want, though Apple/Google pay compatibility on website would be nice.

I like the fact that there is always a person available to help, they reply to emails quickly and they're always willing to help.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is always be room for improvement specially since we're in very fast pace industry and keeping up with the current technology will always be great.
