InnQuest has been a good product for us for both of our properties since 2002. We switched the cloud version recently and there is a learning curve. They are similar not the same. Room Master is a very easy to learn and straight-forward system. The only thing that prevents me from giving a 10 rather than an 8 is that the stock list of reports is very limited. InnQuest sales and support is always very helpful and responsive which I greatly value and appreciate.
