Nothing, my system has been failing since I did my upgrade last week. Also, since my upgrade I have lost crucial functionality. Aren't upgrades supposed to make you better and not worse?

What do you like most?

We like the remote access that RoomMaster has now. Their platform is affordable and they are continue to try to bring relivent and necessary improvement to the PMS. Thank you!

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

We would like to see more full integration of Room Master PMS with Google and web functional interfaces thus minimizing 3rd party reservations on web searches.

We would love to see improvements to the Group feature. It’s difficult to navigate, learn and train new staff. RoomMaster does offer all the group features we need once we mastered them.
