What do you like most?
Everything now happens online and the guests feel comfortable asking the questions via the chat and EasyWay adapts perfectly to that! EasyWay is certainly keeping up with the times.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The automatic messages that EasyWay sends is sometimes too much and there is always a lot of repetition of EasyWay itself in the chat which makes some guests confused.

The process of on-boarding was very simple and the team was very helpful to accommodate our queries, guest seems to be very happy with the solution provided by EasyWay.
