The user experience is what differentiates HelloShift from the competition. If you have ever used a social media platform like LinkedIn or Facebook, you will understand HelloShift. I was able to quickly grasp how to use the system. For example, " @housekeeping room #102 needs more towels ".

I love how easy the website is to use. I also love how it opens up communication between all staff members at our hotel property.

I think the only thing missing is an option to delete posts that were made by mistake or are not correct. If not for everyone at least for admin. I also think completed tasks should disappear or be archiv...

I like that HelloShift Prevents any potential issues with upcoming reservations. Guests feel important and that their needs are being met.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The search bar section doesn't find key words in the wiki, instead brings up old conversations with guests. A wiki search bar would be nice.
