What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

I haven't seen any competition providing this kind of service. QuickText is unique solution that different from other online chatbots. The biggest benefit is getting the client details for the hotel and direct link to reservation.

Answer:

Each hotelier should use the online chatbot on its hotel website because it increases overall efficiency, revenue, and guest satisfaction. This service is becoming very important now during then e-commerce is rising up more and more.

The chatboot Velma is quite efficient but still have difficulties with long or approximative questions and also approximative english from foreigners;
