Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

I would advise hoteliers to understand their strategy before they implement any guest experience tool. What are the goals they are trying to achieve, and how should they measure them. Be open with those goals with the vendor and make sure you're comfortable with the 'how' before executing.

-It is very easy to work with, convenient, and fast. -Quick replay options for answering the messages. -Employee internal message. -Computer base texting but works great in smart cellphone also.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Very well done, the only option will be to send voice mails or voice messages. great Idea adding the option for attachments.

I believe the Tasks section could be improved with a few small fixes. There are issues accessing Tasks via desktop and phone simultaneously.

I absolutely live the instant messaging feature that whistle provides and so do our guests! It allows us to receive immediate feedback that we wouldn't normally hear until post departure after surveys are...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I would say add the ability to send GIF's to guests as well would be great. We've learned that making the chat feature as personable as possible leaves a lasting impression with the guest.

-It's very good for communication for fast responses -Works especially well for smaller properties where walkie-talkie type devices would seem overbearing or outdates.
