With Whistle, Hoteliers can increase guest satisfaction, drive incremental revenue, and streamline internal operations. It basically allows hoteliers to do more with less. The integration with Cloudbeds is another plus.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The seamless integration with Cloudbeds is a big plus point. Whsitle is integrated into the Cloudbeds platform and synced every 5 minutes for any reservation changes. Furthermore, it allows Hoteliers to send out automated messages, chatbot, digital registration, upselling and much more.

Before choosing any kind of software/product consider what am I looking for, what am I struggling with and how can this product solve my problem? If you are looking for an inclusive, very straightforward, and easy-to-use system then Whistle is definitely the right solution for you.

I love how convenient the messages are and quick. We can easily accommodate guests and there needs before arriving here.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The only thing I think that could probably use some updating would probably have to be the whistle notification noise.

the powerful parts are: shared team access to whatsapp, live chat, automated emails, ios mobile apps, in theory aslo pooling many channels into one like facebook, instagram etc

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

customer service first and foremost is pretty atrocious in terms of responsiveness and helpfulness. also apps, user accounts access, ease of use. we don't get all the instagram messages
