What do you like most?

TrustYou Reputation Management Tool allowed our hotels to monitor their e-reputation on a daily basis with less efforts, the "easy-to-read" dashboards enable our network to focus on our guests pain points and drive concrete action plans. By using TrustYou Guest Surveys , we get a deep dive on the pain points of our customer journey with an accurate semantic analysis technology and a relevant categorization of the most common keywords in the hospitality industry . From a digital asset's prospective , TrustYou Review Marketing allowed our hospitality company to use guest reviews as UGC (User Generated Content) , it helped animate our website , showcase customer feedbacks, boost our booking conversion rates and acquire new customers . The 4th Product that we're using at hotel level is TrustYou Messaging , it allows our hoteliers to engage with our customers via their preferred channel, QR Code , SMS , Whatsapp..in line with our " Contactless Strategy" . The main advantage of this tool is the capability to channel all messages via multiple channels in one conversation, the extra features of dispatching requests and messages to different departments makes the adoption and usage of the tool more transversal and opened to all departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Reception, Room-Service, Maintenance..) I believe it's a must nowadays for every hospitality property or company to engage with customers and drive customer experience excellence using multiple lines of products.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The reporting flexibility to explore custom touchpoints and keywords. The tool speed and performance on complex portfolios . (+100 hotels..) The Survey builder has limited display rules and parameters.
