What do you like most?
Great customer support, fantastic tools to support and help promote business. Also wonderful market insights from their other tools and resources.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps a refreshed interface. That is more cosmetic though than anything else. Noting else that I can think of at this stage.

They're great at making data digestable and accessible. And very quick to respond to inquiries. Willing to invest in training clients in Dataarc as well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
TBH, the interface is certainly old and could be refreshed, but I guess it's functional and an improvement would only be aesthetic. :)
