What differentiates this product or service from the competition?
Definitely the app store. It's amazing how many best in breed apps are on there, in all different industries. The Xero team require good integrations, so you know it's going to be a quality app. Additionally, Xero continues to innovate and build a lot of resources for small businesses.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?
I still recommend working with a Xero certified partner. They really make sure you're getting the most out of Xero and you're all set up correctly. Connect your Xero account with a payment gateway like Stripe, you can get quick payments on invoices and have easy reconciliation.
