What do you like most?

So easy to use Any one can use it Easy follow up for our guest even if they already left the hotel.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It would be really helpfull to be able to put on "Pause" any request. Sometimes, due to specific reasons we are not able to finish teh request on time. Appart from that... the system is great!

What do you like most?

The steps are easy to follow. Customer service is quick and spot on! I did have an issue finding the "facilities to send it to.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The "other" section is lacking the ability to add or change your department. I needed to change my location and had issue finding the "facilities to send it to.

Overall Alice works nice and fast, even on slower machines. I would prefer if it had methods to play around with the different options ala adding new colors for color coded responses that work for your b...

What do you like most?

I like how Alice is easy to use and is a fast and efficient way to communicate with everyone regardless of the shift.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

We have had a few issues with messages not getting through or employees being locked out of their Alice so, a few bug fixes here and there would be appreciated.
