What do you like most?

GRI information vs competitor. I manage to compare the competitor performance vs my hotel. And knowing what is the strength and weaknesses about my own hotel vs compset.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Semantic. very inaccurate. It will be good if can allow user to re-assign the category for the wrong one. RP did not do a good job on the categorization for this semantic.

This is the worst company I ever dealt with in my whole career, they are very good as selling the product and that's it, no support whatsoever, very rude team i'm actually bettering them for what they cal...

re structure you management and support team, if you can't deliver a service do not sell it.

The accuracy of Executive summary report with ratings of all channels save my time heavily.

What do you like most?

I'm happy with the tool because it allows me to evaluate the path of the company that I manage and to evaluate the competition as a performa. I have a good direct dialogue with the customer.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

If we could better assess the performance in terms of consensus received through a pop up window that opens above the colored bar of reviews would be of great use.
