We started with Revgen this year. We are very impressed and Spider works great. Our Hampton Inn manager states that this is so much better than Hilton's RMCC program. The weekly call are very interesting and we have started to see ROI.

Answer:

I have been so impressed and appreciative to Cody Ingram. He is always available to answer a question and get things done quickly. We value his insight...........we particularly appreciate that he keeps our reports in the green and not the red!!

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The personal service. Cody is very engaged with us and really cares! We can reach out at anytime and know that the work will get done and get followed up on. This is very important as I don't have time to circle back and around and worry if things were completed as promised.

Question:

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

I personally do not know how anyone can run a hotel without a Revenue Management service. It is a busy day every day and I appreciate not having to worry about the stats and the numbers myself. I appreciate that Cody is there following through on what needs to be done.
