I still remember, a few years back, I was so curious and thinking why they haven't focused on creating PMS? guess what, they went too advance on technology and launched a cloud-based PMS.

What do you like most?

It has pretty much any function you could ever need. I like all the options you have for describing your property.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It takes awhile to learn where everything is when setting up and changing your property. A simpler website would have been nice

What do you like most?

Widely used so ease of connectivity to other systems. Established and most functionality is there.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Lots of outages, delays and poor customer support. The system seems to be degrading instead of improving.

What do you like most?

Ease of use, connectivity and interfaces with most any program, no nonsense program with many options but not a lot of fluff

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Take out some of the old fields that are no longer used (GDS categories are mandatory), better job of assisting GDS description limitation (max characters and use of characters), better mobile site

What do you like most?

- I love the Price Managing by season. - Also the alternative to configure promotion codes. - The bilingual online support.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Sabre doesn't have a mobile app like Rezgain. It is really necessary, for this kind of job, as it is almost 24/7, it is better to have it on hand and easy to manage everywhere.
