What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The team behind this company is unique - their approach is to think about the guests first, since they know it will reflect in the hotels’ bottom line (which I think is a very smart move). They are data-driven and you can really feel it. Product-wise, their interface is much more user friendly.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Integration wise, when you consider whether you should go for the 1way integration or the 2way integration - go for the 2way option. It might be more expensive but the high level of automation is worth it.
