What do you like most?

The interface is so simple! It only took about 3 minutes to set it up and use it. It is also highly intuitive for users, and all of the communication looks like whatsapp and other chat apps.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

They are great ! But maybe adding a feature to differentiate between guests will be good (Family, VIP, etc). Some better returning guests identification can be great

It makes our extra services more available and helps to sell it online, also it helps to solve small problems whit the guest.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

You can improve process of adding guest in dashboard, which now is a little bit difficult, it will help to work faster than usual.
