I can only rate the email marketing here, as we don't use the other functions. The direct booking tool is certainly great for classic hotels, but for us as a chalet village it is unfortunately impractical and rather difficult to adapt to our business. Regarding the email marketing tool, I can say that I find the new selection of recipients a bit tedious - it would be great if you could also use the recipient selection from previous newsletters instead of entering everything again and again. Unfortunately, the newsletter's modular system crashes from time to time: when pasting copied text, the formatting is often not adopted, and typing text is very halting and slow. Bullet points cannot be formatted optimally either. The mobile view of image-text elements is often not so nice for my taste, although it would be fine in the desktop view. Image frames and general spacing are very difficult to set correctly, and often don't quite fit on mobile either. Overall, the design is rather limited and some bugs still need to be fixed, but for our purposes it is currently sufficient.
