What do you like most?
Great design for offers, room alternatives possible, intuitive operation, text blocks for additional information, can be individually set up, link to the digital guest folder possible, automatic booking confirmation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Interface in both directions with Ibelsa so that existing guest data can be used. Unfortunately, each guest has to be re-entered and the existing data cannot be used. Changing an offer is almost impossible, it then has to be canceled and rewritten. If an offer is canceled by a guest, the room is not automatically canceled in the PMS.
