What do you like most?
We have been using SmartHost for a while now and are very happy with it. The new editor offers many design options and the end result is very appealing. I would especially like to highlight the great customer service. If you have any questions, you always get a quick answer and quick, uncomplicated help. Special praise goes to Anna!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if we could see in the statistics which links were clicked how often. That would really help us to make the campaigns even better in terms of content. It would also save time if you could decide straight away when activating a campaign whether you want to activate it or save it as "in progress". Then you don't always have to change it afterwards. Another time-saving little thing: when sending a test newsletter, you always have to enter the entire desired email address. It would be great if you could enter several email addresses in the basic settings and then only have to select the desired address. Then you can't make any more mistakes 😉
