What do you like most?
I can analyse everything I want with the detailed statistical options hotellab’s giving to me. It also saves us time while it generates excellent revenue results. The General Manager and the Owners are also satisfied because they can navigate easily to the platform.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are always points to improve in all systems, however we receive quarterly information about the upcoming releases and features, which means that Hotellab is trying hard to improve its product and make us even better and faster!
