What do you like most?
We like the implementation of open-pricing for both standard and prepaid rate plans. What is more, the system works perfectly for properties that sell a combination of rooms and dorms.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment I cannot think of anything that needs to be improved. We experienced some issues during some large system updates with new features, but the hotelLab team responded immediately.
