What do you like most?
The global overviews, which give a clear and straightforward picture of the most important KPIs, but above all the ability to zoom in on detail per item. This makes you really fully informed about the situation from day to day. Slowly but surely, we are steering more and more on RevControl. RevControl has really helped us to gain insight into our sales and room rates, achieving better direct results through price optimisation on the one hand, but also saving costs, by not having to continuously monitor and adjust our prices, based on the various (market) developments, on the other hand. The possibilities and insights are definitely recommendable!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Going through all the additional options together with a member of the company's staff and setting them up together where necessary. Because there are so many (useful) possibilities, it is sometimes still difficult for us as users to determine what adds value for us and what does not. So an advisory and supportive role in setting it up would make a difference, in my opinion.
