What do you like most?
The uncomplicated way if you need help without a ticket system. That the team is open to new ideas and wishes and that these are not only promised but also implemented.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The stability of the interface to Fidelio, as failures occur from time to time. When offers are made and the partner writes back, an error message appears because they do not know the email address. When merging files in the PMS, Smart Host takes the file to be merged.
